Day 1 – Enter the Jungle & Wildlife Spotting
We start at Bukit Lawang around 9:00 AM after breakfast. Trek 6–7 hours into Tanjung Puting National Park., where the jungle comes alive with:
- Orangutans swinging gracefully through the trees
- Gibbons calling from the treetops
- Macaques, hornbills, Sumatran peacocks, and flying squirrels
Along the way, your guide will introduce medicinal plants and explain how they are used. After a delicious lunch, we reach our riverside camp. Relax with a hot drink, take a refreshing dip in the clean jungle stream, and finish the day with a campfire dinner under the stars.
Overnight: Jungle camp
Day 2 – Trekking to Aras Pinang Camp
Wake up to the magical jungle sounds 🌅. After breakfast, we continue trekking 5–6 hours to a new campsite, usually Aras Pinang. Along the way:
- Discover more exotic wildlife
- Taste and learn about jungle foods
- Enjoy a picnic-style lunch in the forest
Arriving at camp, unwind by swimming in a jungle river and end the day with a cozy dinner at the campfire.

Day 3 – Trekking to Batu Lintang & Nature Immersion
After breakfast, trek 5–6 hours toward Batu Lintang Camp, continuing the search for wildlife and enjoying the lush rainforest scenery.
At the camp, relax with a hot drink and shower in the small stream near a waterfall. As the day ends, savor another campfire dinner while soaking in the jungle ambiance.
Overnight: Jungle camp
Day 4 – Morning Jungle Trek & Tube Rafting Adventure
Begin your last day with breakfast in the serene jungle setting. Explore the forest one last time and spot more exotic wildlife before your tube rafting adventure down the Bohorok River 🚣♂️.
- Optional: Walk back through the jungle if you prefer a slower pace or for safety reasons
- Take in the breathtaking views of primary rainforest one last time
