Day 1: Arrival in Alor – Kalabahi City & Kepa Island Sunset
Time & Activities:
- 08:00–10:00 – Arrival at Mali Airport, Alor – warm welcome by our local team.
- 10:00–11:00 – Transfer to Kalabahi with a stop at the Panorama Viewpoint.
- 11:30–12:30 – Lunch at a local restaurant.
- 13:00–14:00 – Boat transfer to Kepa Island.
- 14:00–16:00 – Relax and snorkel along the white sandy beaches of Kepa.
- 16:30–18:00 – Short trek to the hilltop for a beautiful sunset over the Pantar Strait.
- 18:00–19:00 – Return to Kalabahi, check-in at hotel/lodge.
- 19:00–20:00 – Dinner and rest.
Day 2: Full-Day Snorkeling – Pantar Marine Park
Time & Activities:
- 07:00–08:00 – Breakfast at your accommodation.
- 08:00–09:00 – Depart by private boat to Pantar Strait.
- 09:00–12:00 – Snorkeling at 2–3 iconic spots:
- Clown Valley (clownfish colonies)
- Patch Reef (colorful coral and reef fish)
- (Optional) Shark Point (for advanced swimmers)
- 12:00–13:00 – Picnic lunch on Tereweng Island or Pura Island.
- 13:00–14:00 – Visit to Pura Island village for local interaction (optional).
- 14:00–16:00 – Relax or swim at another snorkeling site.
- 16:00–17:30 – Return to Kalabahi.
- 19:00–20:00 – Dinner at a seaside or local restaurant.
Day 3: Cultural Exploration – Takpala & Monbang Villages
Time & Activities:
- 07:30–08:30 – Breakfast at hotel.
- 08:30–09:30 – Drive to Takpala Traditional Village.
- 09:30–11:00 – Cultural welcome by Abui Tribe, bamboo music & dance.
- 11:00–12:00 – Continue to Monbang Village – traditional ikat weaving demonstration.
- 12:00–13:00 – Lunch at local home or warung with authentic Alor cuisine:
- Grilled fish, Jagung Titi, Sambal Lu’at, Moringa leaf soup.
- 13:30–15:00 – (Optional) Visit a nearby local school or traditional market.
- 15:30–17:00 – Return to hotel for relaxation.
- 19:00–20:00 – Dinner and free evening.
Day 4: Nature Trekking – Mataru Waterfall & Hulnani Hill
Time & Activities:
- 07:00–08:00 – Breakfast.
- 08:00–10:00 – Scenic drive to Mataru Highlands.
- 10:00–12:00 – Light forest trekking to Mataru Waterfall – swim & relax in nature.
- 12:00–13:00 – Lunch in nature or at a local house.
- 13:00–14:00 – Visit Hulnani Hill – vast savanna & scenic southern Alor views.
- 14:30–16:30 – Return to Kalabahi with optional stop at a local traditional market.
- 19:00–20:00 – Dinner at the lodge or favorite local diner.
Day 5: Museum Visit & Departure
Time & Activities:
- 07:30–08:30 – Breakfast and check-out from the hotel.
- 08:30–09:30 – Visit Museum 1000 Moko – bronze drum and cultural artifacts.
- 09:30–10:30 – Final shopping at Kalabahi Market (textiles, spices, crafts).
- 10:30–11:30 – Transfer to Mali Airport – assistance with departure.
